Guiding belief

Small, Consistent Changes Create Lasting Results

You do not need to overhaul your entire life overnight. Courtney helps you identify the changes most likely to matter, make them realistic and build them into habits you can maintain.

How Clinical Nutrition Looks in Practice

  • Whole-person assessment across hormones, gut, stress and sleep

  • Food-first plans and chef-created recipes

  • Evidence-informed supplements only when useful

  • Functional testing when it changes care, with GP referrals for Medicare-eligible bloods

What this means for you

  • Clear phases so you always know what to focus on next

  • Personalised, food‑first plans with recipes you’ll actually cook

  • Testing only when it adds value; costs discussed up‑front

  • Gentle, realistic coaching and accountability via telehealth

From kitchen to clinic

Courtney, clinical nutritionist for women’s hormone health, smiling at the camera with a glass of wine, approachable.

I have been a chef since I was 17, working across restaurants, aged care, weddings, pastry production and more. Food has always been my world, but my interest in clinical nutrition became personal when I began dealing with PCOS symptoms, significant weight gain and prediabetic health markers.

Changing the way I ate helped me lose a substantial amount of weight, ease my symptoms and improve my health markers. But I wanted to understand why those changes worked, not simply follow another short-term plan. That led me to complete a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition.

Today, I combine formal clinical nutrition training with more than 12 years of experience as a chef. My clients receive evidence-informed guidance, realistic food strategies and recipes that are designed to be cooked and enjoyed in real life.

My job is to make nutrition feel clearer, more practical and far less overwhelming, so you can stop guessing and start making changes that genuinely fit your life.
