Studying Clinical Nutrition helped me connect the dots and turn what worked for me into a clear, evidence‑based approach. Today, I blend clinical know‑how with a chef’s practicality - simple phases, realistic recipes and steady support. My job is to make healthy eating doable and delicious so you can feel clear‑headed, lighter and in control again.
