From kitchen to clinic
I’ve been a chef since I was 17, restaurants, aged care, weddings and more. Food has always been my world, but for years I battled PCOS symptoms, significant weight gain and pre‑diabetic markers. Looking to food for answers changed everything: I lost a substantial amount of weight, my symptoms eased and my labs improved. Studying Clinical Nutrition helped me connect the dots and turn what worked for me into a clear, evidence‑based approach. Today, I blend clinical know‑how with a chef’s practicality - simple phases, realistic recipes and steady support. My job is to make healthy eating doable and delicious so you can feel clear‑headed, lighter and in control again.
